You’ll partner across the business to resolve complex payment issues and improve how we reconcile, pay, and manage aging. If you enjoy leading people and improving processes with measurable impact, this role offers broad visibility and meaningful ownership.

As an Accounts Payable Team Lead in the Chase Travel Accounts Payable team, you guide day-to-day payables operations to ensure obligations are processed accurately, reconciled effectively, and handled within established controls and timelines. You will serve as the primary escalation point for exceptions while supporting a culture that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll help us strengthen operational efficiency and service levels by improving processes, documentation, and team capability. In this office-based role, you may occasionally adjust hours to support deadlines or urgent issues.
