  • Perform daily follow‑ups on documentation discrepancies, demonstrating strong troubleshooting skills and effective written and verbal communication with customers, overseas origins, and internal teams
  • Escalate unresolved issues, compliance risks, or systemic gaps in a timely manner before they materially impact customers or Maersk operations
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and other branches to deliver consistent, high‑quality customs services and seamless customer experience

Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
