NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort will become your new home-away-from-home - surrounded by the spectacular Murramarang national park and stunning absolute beachfront.  Located just north of Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW.  The Resort offers a large range of camp/caravan sites and accommodation options, from Beachfront Villa’s, to Glamping Tents.  We offer a multitude of facilities for the young and young at heart including resort style pools and licenced on-site dining options as well as conference/events/wedding facilities.

What you’ll do: 

We are looking for a full-time qualified Chef to join our team at Murramarang Resort. This is a hands-on role working across our food and beverage venues, including our popular Beach Bistro, takeaway outlet, and conference and event operations.

No two days are the same. You'll work a variety of shifts across breakfast, lunch and dinner service, supporting a busy kitchen operation that caters to resort guests, locals, conferences and weddings. This is a high-volume role, particularly during peak holiday periods and the summer season, when Murramarang becomes a popular destination for travellers and special events. You'll also work within established menu, recipe and food cost frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across all food offerings.
