The SIOP Performance Management team improves operational performance and execution excellence across the Service Supply Chain. Acting as a bridge between Planning, Commercial, Logistics, Procurement, and Service functions, the team ensures alignment on business priorities and enables effective end-to-end execution.

The department is responsible for performance management, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), master data governance, process improvement, automation, and business intelligence. By combining cross-functional collaboration with data-driven insights, the team supports revenue enablement, service availability, and continuous improvement across the global Service organization.

 

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain performance through advanced analytics, KPI management, scenario modeling, and business insights
• Develop and maintain performance frameworks that support fact-based decision making across the service supply chain
• Analyze trends, risks, and performance drivers to identify opportunities for improving inventory, service levels, and operational efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with global supply chain partners
• Build simulations and what-if scenarios to support strategic and tactical decision making
• Identify and pursue automation opportunities that enhance reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytical insights and performance governance

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience within Supply Chain Performance Management, Analytics, Planning, or Operations
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and the factors that drive performance
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
• Demonstrated skill in converting complex data into business insights and practical recommendations
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain data structures

 

Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business insights and practical recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools
• Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and service operations
• Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance measurement
• Well-developed problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach
• Ability to combine operational data with business context to inform decisions
