About the Role

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading site security operations, managing security personnel, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with all site and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security teams on site
• Ensure compliance with client and company procedures
• Maintain high standards of safety, security, and service delivery
• Build strong stakeholder and client relationships
• Conduct reporting, investigations, and incident management
• Mentor and develop team members

About You

• Current Security Licence
• Cert3 – Security Operation
• Cert4 and or diploma – Security and Risk Management
• Cert4 – Leadership and Management
• Proven experience in a Security Management or Supervisory position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to work in a remote FIFO environment
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
