Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) / Commercial Director / Sales Director, Fitness | Relocate from the UK to Zagreb, Croatia

€100,000 to €120,000 base, plus bonus and benefits | Relocation support available | English only, no local language needed

UK commercial leaders: here is a chance to run the commercial function for an established fitness chain of 20+ clubs, with a strong euro package and your English being the only language you need.

The business is hiring a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its next phase of growth. You will set the strategy and deliver it hands-on.

What you'll own:

• The commercial growth strategy across every club location

• Membership acquisition, renewals and retention at scale

• Sales performance across multiple sites and channels, lifting conversion and team productivity

• Sales processes, KPIs and reporting structures

• Marketing for lead generation and member engagement

• Data-led commercial decisions, new revenue streams and partnerships

What we're looking for:

• Strong commercial leadership, ideally in fitness, leisure, hospitality or wellness

• A track record of scaling revenue across multiple locations

• Someone ready to relocate from the UK to Zagreb, with relocation support potentially available

• A strategic thinker who is just as comfortable operating hands-on

You only need to speak English. No Croatian is required. Zagreb pairs a high quality of life with living costs well below most UK cities, so a euro package like this goes a long way.
