What you'll do

The Job

As Chief Financial Officer, you will be a key member of the Executive Board and a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, playing a central role in shaping and executing The July’s strategy and growth across its European portfolio of leased, owned and developed hotel assets.

You will lead a broad scope of responsibilities, including accounting & audit, reporting, business control, forecasting, treasury, cash management, financing, tax, legal and compliance, while overseeing risk management and IT/Tech, including Data & AI.

Leading a team of around 13 direct and indirect reports, you will further build and professionalise the organisation while combining strategic leadership with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. This is a high-impact role for a CFO who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to play a central role in driving growth, investment and long-term value creation.
