Bisnow is creating a new Chief of Staff seat, directly supporting and reporting into our CEO, as we scale a media, events, and data business across 47 markets and five countries. This is not a research-and-recommend seat. It's an execution seat. You'll turn our CEO’s priorities into decisions and action across sales, editorial, events, marketing, hiring and finance; run the operating rhythm that keeps a fast-moving, multi-market business pointed in the same direction. Personally, you’ll pick up the cross-functional work that doesn't have an obvious owner yet; from a new market launch to a product rollout to an org redesign. The right person has already proven they can walk into an organization with no built-in authority, earn the trust of people who don't report to them, and ship the hard thing rather than coordinate it. If you want a seat where the CEO's priorities become your problem to solve, this is it.
