3 to 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business operations, analyst, or similar high-rigour role, ideally within tech, scale-ups, or energy.
Exceptionally detail-oriented and accurate, with a natural instinct for catching what others miss.
Proactive by nature: you don't wait to be told what to do, you anticipate what's needed, take initiative, and only ask for help or authority when it genuinely matters.
Strong project management skills, able to build the architecture and structure that keeps complex, multi-market projects on track.
Highly structured and organised by default, able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines without losing the thread.
Strong with data and analytics, comfortable turning numbers into clear, actionable insight.
Fast, reliable executor who thrives on turning big-picture priorities into next-day, on-the-ground action.
Fluency in German and English (C1/C2) is required, written and verbal.
