Summary:

Serves as the Chief Operating Officer for MHW and assists with leading MHW's strategic plan to achieve the organization's mission, directives and goals.

Responsibilities:

Leads efforts to generate, pursue and secure new business opportunities.Performs financial and budgetary planning by division to ensure cost-efficient operations and to maximize profitability.Monitors and evaluates operations to ensure compliance with established professional, regulatory and organizational standards/requirements.Develops, implements and cultivates policies and procedures that guide business processes, support the delivery of services and ensures a culture of quality and satisfaction.Ensures that business strategies are clearly understood by all stakeholders including Medical Staff and that the division is achieving its strategic goals in a timely matter. Provides Executive Staff, EVP and CEO, MHW, accurate and timely reports.Provides executive direction to staff and team members that support and maintain MHS core values.
