This region spans major urban academic centres and regional hospitals to small rural providers, as well as a diverse network of community-based services. The CRO is a visible and trusted system leader, accountable for translating provincial priorities into action, advancing regional integration, and ensuring consistent, high-quality, and measurable results across a challenging and dynamic environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape system performance and integration in a region that reflects the full diversity of Ontario’s health landscape.
