What you'll do
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience and contribute to the continued development of the department.
- You will manage a busy caseload of childcare matters, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients while delivering the highest standards of client care.
- Advising parents, guardians and CAFCASS-appointed Children's Guardians on a wide range of childcare matters.
- Managing all aspects of public law children work, including care proceedings and emergency protection matters.
- Advising on police protection orders, child protection case reviews and related public law issues.
- Providing supervision, guidance and support to junior Solicitors, Paralegals, Caseworkers and Trainees.

Childcare Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Lancashire, up to £60,000 (DOE), Hybrid Working – A new opportunity to handle a varied and rewarding caseload of public law children matters while working within a supportive and collaborative team. JOB REF: 5369.
THE ROLE:
