Randstad is looking for a Children & Family Social Worker in East Lothian to provide support and protection to vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive family assessments to determine risks and needs.
- Implement care plans that focus on the best interests of children.
- Support children in care and work to achieve permanent, stable placements.
- Provide intervention and support to families experiencing crisis.
- Liaise with schools, healthcare providers, and community organisations.
Requirements:
- Social Work qualification and SSSC registration.
- Experience in child protection and family support.
- Ability to work collaboratively and engage with resistant families.
