? REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL HOME ? Manchester ? Full-Time | Permanent ? Urgent Start Available Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity within children’s residential care? We’re working with a well-established children’s care provider who is looking for a strong, experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Manchester . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment for children , while providing strong leadership to the staff team. ? THE ROLE As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and compliance are maintained. You’ll be responsible for: ? Leading, supporting and developing the staff team ? Ensuring children receive outstanding, individualised care ? Maintaining strong safeguarding practices ? Ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted and regulatory requirements ? Managing staff performance, supervision and development ? Working closely with children, families, professionals and external agencies ? Maintaining excellent standards of recording, documentation and compliance ? Creating a warm, stable and nurturing home where children can thrive ? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We’re keen to speak with experienced Registered Managers who have: ?? Proven experience managing a children’s residential home ?? Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children's social care standards ?? Excellent safeguarding knowledge ?? A strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance ?? Proven leadership and people-management skills ?? The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and professionals ?? A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children Candidates who are currently working as an experienced Deputy Manager and are ready to take their first Registered Manager position may also be considered, depending on experience. ?
