Thực hiện triển khai danh mục cổ phiếu thụ động hiệu quả, với trọng tâm là giao dịch, phân tích định lượng, xây dựng danh mục, tái cân bằng, theo dõi benchmark và giảm thiểu tracking error; đồng thời đảm bảo báo cáo, vận hành và phối hợp thực hiện chính xác, kịp thời, phù hợp với mục tiêu đầu tư.
To implement the passive equity portfolio effectively, with a strong focus on trading, quantitative analysis, portfolio construction, rebalancing, benchmark tracking and minimizing tracking error; while ensuring accurate and timely reporting, operations and coordination in line with investment objectives

1. Giao dịch, phân tích định lượng và nghiên cứu thị trường | Trading, quantitative analysis and market research
Theo dõi xu hướng ngành, chỉ số thị trường, diễn biến cổ phiếu thành phần và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến danh mục cổ phiếu thụ động.
Monitor industry trends, market indices, constituent stock movements and factors affecting the passive equity portfolio.
Phân tích dữ liệu thị trường, benchmark, tracking error, thanh khoản, chi phí giao dịch và các yếu tố hỗ trợ tối ưu hóa giao dịch và xây dựng danh mục hiệu quả.
Analyze market data, benchmark, tracking error, liquidity, transaction costs and other factors supporting optimized trading and efficient portfolio construction.
Thực hiện phân tích định lượng phục vụ giao dịch, tái cân bằng và theo dõi benchmark, nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả thực thi và giảm thiểu tracking error cho danh mục, đặc biệt là danh mục cổ phiếu thụ động.
Perform quantitative analysis to support trading, rebalancing and benchmark tracking, in order to optimize execution efficiency and minimize tracking error for the portfolio, especially the passive equity portfolio.
Hỗ trợ xây dựng và hoàn thiện quy trình đầu tư cổ phiếu, đặc biệt cho năng lực đầu tư thụ động, bao gồm thiết kế danh mục, theo dõi chỉ số và cơ chế tái cân bằng, nhằm từng bước xây dựng năng lực đầu tư cổ phiếu toàn diện, với trọng tâm hiện tại là passive và tầm nhìn dài hạn là cả passive và active.
Support the development and enhancement of equity investment processes, especially for passive investing capability, including portfolio design, index tracking and rebalancing mechanisms, to progressively build comprehensive equity capability, with current focus on passive and long-term vision covering both passive and active investing.
Thực hiện deal sourcing và giao dịch cho các danh mục/quỹ khác khi được yêu cầu, theo đúng mandate và nhu cầu đầu tư cụ thể.
Perform deal sourcing and trading for other portfolios/funds as required, in line with specific mandates and investment needs.
2. Xây dựng danh mục, giao dịch và tái cân bằng | Portfolio construction, trading and rebalancing
Tham gia xây dựng danh mục cổ phiếu thụ động theo chỉ số/benchmark được phê duyệt.
Participate in constructing the passive equity portfolio in line with approved index/benchmark.
Thực hiện giao dịch mua/bán, tái cân bằng danh mục và các hoạt động điều chỉnh danh mục theo lịch hoặc theo sự kiện thị trường.
Execute buy/sell trades, portfolio rebalancing and portfolio adjustments according to schedule or market events.
Phối hợp với các bên liên quan để đảm bảo giao dịch được thực hiện đúng thời gian, đúng khối lượng, đúng quy trình và tối ưu chi phí giao dịch.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure trades are executed on time, in the right size, following proper procedures and with optimized transaction costs

Monitor trade execution quality, liquidity and the portfolio’s benchmark tracking quality.

Thẩm định các phương án đầu tư, đề xuất phương án để cấp trên xem xét và phê duyệt.
Perform due diligence on investment options and propose recommendations for management review and approval.
Theo dõi và đánh giá định kỳ hiệu quả danh mục, mức độ tuân thủ và các rủi ro phát sinh trong quá trình vận hành.
Monitor and periodically assess portfolio performance, compliance status and risks arising during operations.
Phối hợp xử lý các tình huống phát sinh liên quan đến giao dịch, dữ liệu danh mục, sai lệch chỉ số hoặc thay đổi cấu phần danh mục.
Coordinate the handling of issues related to trading, portfolio data, index deviation or changes in portfolio constituents.
Đảm bảo danh mục được quản lý an toàn, hiệu quả và phù hợp với quy định nội bộ và pháp luật hiện hành.
Ensure the portfolio is managed safely, efficiently and in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
4. Báo cáo và vận hành | Investment reporting and daily operations
Cung cấp báo cáo đầu tư định kỳ cho cấp quản lý và các bên liên quan về hiệu quả danh mục, tình trạng tuân thủ và điều kiện thị trường.
Provide periodic investment reports to management and relevant stakeholders on portfolio performance, compliance status and market conditions.
Thực hiện cập nhật dữ liệu, đối soát danh mục và đảm bảo thông tin báo cáo chính xác, kịp thời.
Perform data updates, portfolio reconciliation and ensure reporting information is accurate and timely.
Nắm vững và triển khai các yêu cầu pháp lý cũng như quy trình của công ty đối với hoạt động vận hành và giao dịch hằng ngày, đặc biệt đối với danh mục cổ phiếu thụ động và các danh mục đầu tư khác do công ty phân công, nhằm bảo đảm việc triển khai diễn ra suôn sẻ và tối ưu hiệu quả vận hành.
Understand and implement legal requirements and company procedures for daily operations and trading activities, especially for the passive equity portfolio and other assigned investment portfolios, to ensure smooth implementation and optimize operational efficiency.
Thực hiện giao dịch cho các danh mục đầu tư khác theo phân công, phối hợp với các bên liên quan để đảm bảo giao dịch đúng thời gian, đúng khối lượng, đúng quy trình và tối ưu chi phí giao dịch.
Execute trading for other assigned investment portfolios, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure trades are executed on time, in the right size, following proper procedures and with optimized transaction costs.
