Job Description:

The opportunity

At Hitachi Energy, you will play a key role in delivering major HVDC projects that support the energy transition. As a Civil Technical Site Advisor, you act as the technical authority for civil construction activities on site, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

You will work closely with site management, construction teams, engineering, quality, HSE, and customer representatives. Your expertise will help guide critical decisions throughout construction, installation, and handover phases. You will provide technical advice, support quality inspections, identify risks, and contribute to continuous improvement across our HVDC projects.

This role is ideal for an experienced civil construction professional who enjoys being close to execution, solving complex site challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
