What you'll do
- To perform or initiate conceptual, basic design and detail design calculation and drawings.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, method statements and other project documentation.
- To attend site meetings and carry out design coordination with clients, consultants, authorities and contractors.
- To provide technical knowledge during tendered and project procurement.
- Liaison between sub-contractors and the sire mainly on civil works.
- Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept/ relevant design standards and office standards.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior /team leader.

- Registered with BEM is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in an engineering consulting firm.
- Experienced in infrastructural design for earthworks, road & drainage, water and sewerage
- Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Familiar with popular design software, hands-on experience in analysing results from technical software
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge in Civil 3D would be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and understand project-related drawings is an added advantage.

What will you do?
In this position you will play an integral part of supporting the Civil & Structural division and its success whilst establishing best of Civil Engineering practices.
