A leading and growing civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of major infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a highly regarded organisation with a strong project pipeline spanning utilities, highways, public realm, residential infrastructure, drainage, and earthworks schemes.

Your new role

As Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of project delivery. Working closely with Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, clients, and subcontractors, you will ensure projects achieve key milestones while maintaining excellent commercial and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing civil engineering projects from commencement through to successful completion.
• Developing and monitoring project programmes to ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Leading project teams, including Site Managers, Foremen, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in compliance with company and statutory requirements.
• Managing project budgets, forecasts, procurement, and commercial performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, local authorities, and key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in roads, utilities, drainage, groundworks, public realm, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Full driving licence.

In return for the above, you will work for a great organisation that has a strong name within the industry and produces high-quality work.
You will be given the autonomy to run and manage this infrastructure project. You will be left to your own devices but have strong support on site and from senior management.
Salaries are in the region of €85,000 - €105,000, (typically 40 hours per week)
Additional Benefits : Vehicle or Allowance + Performance Bonus + Pension + Site flexibility

You can also expect a salary & performance review after 6 months.
Your experience level and what you can bring to the team and project will dictate where you fall in that salary range.
