KEY OBJECTIVE:                                                
To investigate, evaluate, reserve, and resolve property claims via telephone adjusting with technical accuracy, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to service excellence, while adhering to all applicable claims service standards, policy provisions, and regulatory requirements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Support CAT Duty responsibilities during major industry loss events as needed.
•    Adhere to Chubb Claim Handling Best Practices in all aspects of file management.
