We're looking for an early career Claims Handler to join ClaimSorted in downtown Dallas!

This role is ideal for:

An adjuster with 1–2 years of experience who wants to build their career at a company that rewards performance, not tenure, someone licensed and early in their career who is hungry to learn the business and grow fast

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own a desk of claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to resolution

• Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience

• Make sound, well-documented decisions and manage claims within your authority

• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately

• Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance

• Contribute to continuous improvement by working with operations and engineering

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Willing to work 5 days in office in Dallas (in our amazing new office Downtown)

• Texas All-Lines Adjuster license, with Texas designated as your home state

• 1–2 years of adjusting experience

• Sharp, organised, and able to prioritise independently

• A clear communicator, in writing and on the phone

• Genuinely curious about how claims and coverage work

• Comfortable using data to make decisions

• Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious

• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
