  • Serve as a trusted advisor on claim matters, offering expertise in policy interpretation and settlement negotiation to effectively resolve claims issues.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with vendors, service providers, centers of excellence, and internal client groups.
  • Oversee Technical Training Team responsible for IFR, CFR and team training.

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Salary range (but not limited to):

About the role

We’re looking for a Claims Manager in Auto Operations to join our growing team! Operations can include Auto Appraisal, Calgary Service Centre, Auto Operations and Total Loss.

This is a 1 year secondment/contract opportunity.

What you’ll do here:
