What you'll do
- Provide support to our Claims unit and act as the first line of conversation for the adjudication team
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and management of claims staff
- Ensure efficient and prompt service in the investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims
- Keep track of Key Performance Indicators and ensure that each claim is adjudicated in a timely and accurate manner
- Continuously build and maintain engagement among the team
- Develop strategic initiatives which will allow our teams to stay on the forefront of new adjudicating methods

As a Claims Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Casualty & Litigation Claims Managers work hard to provide support to our Claims unit and are the first line of conversation for the adjudication team. They are responsible for providing technical guidance, coaching and management of claims staff, ensuring efficient and prompt service in the investigation, analysis, and settlement of claims. They keep track of Key Performance Indicators and ensure that each claim is adjudicated in a timely and accurate manner.
Our Claims Managers are passionate about leading people; they continuously build and maintain engagement among the team. They have strong articulation and analytical skills, which make them effective communicators. Casualty & Litigation Claims Adjusting
Being patient, analytical, on top of having a problem-solving mindset

You have:

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $135,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
