  • Assist with conducting post-job check-ins with clients.
  • Maintain and update client files and start work documents (I9, W9, W4, etc.).
  • Assist with entering bookings and various tasks assigned by Agent Assistants as needed.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Learn the needs of the department and support where appropriate.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.

About the role

We are seeking a Client Accounting Assistant for the Below-the-Line/ Production department. This role will support our Below-the-Line agents while also floating across the department to fill in the gaps as needed on day-to-day matters. There is an amazing opportunity for growth with potential to become a Client Trust Accountant.

Compensation

$21/hour + Full Benefits
