Full description from employer
A Client Advocate Manager (CAM) shares the same responsibility as an Account Manager; they work as a team to exceed their sales goals. The CAM works closely with its Account Managers to identify Top Strategic Accounts and Top Prospect accounts growing the business by identifying new opportunities and co-selling. CAMs primarily work remotely assisting their Account Managers that are mostly on the road working together to strategically and efficiently cater to their customer base with ongoing opportunities and follow-ups as needed. It is also the responsibility of CAM to do in-depth research on prospect accounts and have a good understanding of the key industries their team is actively working with and targeting as prospects. Although CAMs generally work remotely, they also share responsibility for attending strategic on-site customer meetings, account mapping sessions with top-tier partners, and partner + customer territory events.
