As a Client Relations Intern, you will be assisting and maintaining positive client experiences, support internal teams in delivering services, and help strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
1) Assist with responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
2) Help ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
3) To inform the consignee of a failed delivery attempt.
4) To improve customer satisfaction and reduce return-to-origin (RTO) rates.
5) NDR Calling (KAM verification)
