As a Client Retention Specialist, you’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, improving retention, and helping customers find the right coverage solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships through inbound and outbound interactions to enhance client retention
- Educate clients on coverages, policy changes, and tailored insurance solutions
- Identify at-risk policies and proactively recommend options to prevent cancellations or non-renewals
- Assist clients in reviewing, modifying, or rewriting policies to meet evolving needs
- Shop and compare coverage options across carriers to deliver the best solutions
- Meet retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation and high-quality service standards
What You Bring
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or retention-focused roles
- 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty homeowners insurance
- Active 20-44 or 2-20 insurance license
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
