Our solution offers image capture solutions (via mobile app) and AI powered algorithms to edit those images up and beyond the industry standards (remove background, inclusion in virtual showroom). We deliver the images on our own platform “CarCutter Hub” as well as directly into our client’s environment (DMS/IMS).

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Integration Lead, you'll take the reins in guiding a dynamic team of specialists. Together, you'll work to ensure smooth technical integrations that make a real impact on our clients’ success. Your leadership will help your team thrive while making a difference in the way car dealerships operate. Here’s what you'll be doing:

• Lead Integrations: Own and enhance the integration workflows, optimizing client onboarding for our European and North American customers.

• Workload Management: Daily Management of team workload. Task prioritization based on criticality.

• Support and Collaborate: Partner with our Product, Onboarding, Customer Success and Support teams to gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs from a technical perspective.

• Coordinate with IMS Providers: Take the lead in contacting Automotive Inventory Management System (IMS) providers (like vAuto, Homenet) to gather essential technical details, ensuring seamless onboarding.

• Manage Data Imports: Configure and maintain data import jobs from various sources, including FTP servers and APIs.

• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Identify and address technical challenges swiftly, digging into root causes and driving solutions independently.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between global teams (India, France, USA), connecting technical support and backend engineers to ensure smooth operations.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

Hard Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting

• Experience with Python scripting and automation

• Basic knowledge of PHP and web technologies

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and development environments

• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux-based environments

• Proven experience in leading a team with international communication skills

• Strong management skills (team rituals, individual management…)

Nice to Have:
Experience with CRM tools, cloud service providers, and data/log analytical tools.

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a computer science or related field.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving mindset and exceptional attention to detail

• A natural leader with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate your team

• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
