Role Overview:


We are looking for an Investment Coach with working knowledge of mutual funds and investment fundamentals to engage clients, analyze their portfolios, and guide them towards suitable investment opportunities. This role is suited for candidates who already understand core investment concepts and can hold informed conversations with clients about their money.



Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Business Development

  • Stay updated on market trends, mutual fund products, and investment strategies.



Qualification:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.


Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, mutual funds, insurance, or banking.


Prior experience in telesales, client relationship management, or portfolio-related conversations is preferred.



Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Working knowledge of investment fundamentals, including:

    • What Equity, Debt, and Bonds are.

    • Different types of equity funds and their risk-return characteristics.

    • How mutual funds differ from Fixed Deposits and other traditional savings instruments.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.



Certifications:

NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is mandatory. Certified candidates will be preferred; others must obtain certification within the required timeline.
