What you'll do
- Provide clinical application support by attending operating room (OT) procedures and assisting surgeons during product demonstrations and clinical cases.
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales product presentations, clinical training, and user education to healthcare professionals.
- Support the sales team in product evaluations, installations, and customer onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key stakeholders by providing excellent clinical support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
