Your new company
You will join a growing healthcare organisation specialising in the sales, marketing and technical support of innovative medical products and clinical solutions. Your new role
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will provide procedural and product expertise to hospital accounts across Northern Ireland, with occasional support required in Dublin and the surrounding region. This is a field-based position suited to someone located in Northern Ireland or the bordering counties of the Republic of Ireland.
You will work closely with surgeons, nurses and technicians, delivering clinical training and providing hands-on support during product evaluations, demonstrations and procedures. You will build trusted relationships with key clinical stakeholders while supporting the commercial and service teams to increase product utilisation and identify potential business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:

What you'll need to succeed
A relevant clinical qualification is desirable, alongside at least two years' experience in a clinical applications, medical device, theatre support or similar customer-facing healthcare role.
You will need to communicate confidently with surgeons, nurses and technicians, quickly establishing credibility within busy clinical environments. Strong presentation and training skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and practical clinical guidance.
You should be comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple accounts and travelling regularly throughout the territory. Flexibility to support early morning procedures, occasional cases outside your core territory and international product training will also be required.
