Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step into a senior clinical leadership position? We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead to join an established nursing home near Exeter, offering a salary of £52,000 per annum with three supernumerary shifts each week, giving you dedicated time to lead, develop and support the clinical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nurse, Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead who enjoys remaining clinically involved while having the time and autonomy to drive standards across the home.

The Role

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with the Home Manager and wider clinical team to ensure residents receive safe, effective and person-centred care.

Your working week will be split between three supernumerary leadership shifts and two shifts working clinically on the floor, giving you a genuine balance between clinical leadership and hands-on nursing.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For
