- Respond to, and carry out, pre-admission screenings for patients referred to the rehabilitation program

This position is accountable to the Program Director of the inpatient rehabilitation program. The main job duties are: 1.) to respond to, and carry
out, pre-admission screenings for patients referred to the rehabilitation program, 2.). to assist in entering referral and admission data into a
