What you'll do
- Building trusted relationships with NHS trust stakeholders, assessing local pathways and training needs, and translating these into practical implementation and readiness plans.
- Supporting pre-launch preparation, including team roles, documentation, patient flow, escalation routes and agreed responsibilities, and provide on-site support during clinic launch.
- Delivering engaging, role-specific training to multidisciplinary teams using demonstrations, supervised practice and realistic scenarios covering the endosign pathway, Cyted systems, sample or data handling, quality requirements and troubleshooting.
- Assessing HCP knowledge and practical competency against an approved Cyted competency framework, maintaining accurate training records, identifying gaps, agreeing targeted remediation and escalating where competency is not achieved.
- Acting as a credible first-line clinical point of contact during implementation and early adoption, answering questions clearly and recognising the limits of the role. Escalating complex clinical, patient-safety, quality, product or operational concerns promptly through the agreed Cyted governance and escalation route.
- Providing post-launch follow-up, monitor adoption themes, helping resolve recurring training or workflow issues, and gathering actionable feedback from NHS users.
- Sharing structured field feedback with the Clinical Specialist and relevant Cyted teams, contributing to improvements in training materials, standard operating procedures, competency tools and implementation playbooks.
- Representing Cyted in line with clinical and information governance requirements.

- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration clinical experience.
- NHS experience, including delivery of clinical education or training.
- Experience assessing clinical competency and providing remediation or follow-up training.
- Experience in endoscopy, gastroenterology, oncology or diagnostics.
- Experience implementing or supporting adoption of a new clinical pathway, diagnostic service, healthcare technology or medical device.
- Experience working across NHS and commercial healthcare environments.
- A recognised teaching, mentorship or clinical assessing qualification.
- Experience supporting service improvement, change management or post-launch adoption.
