Location: Various locations across Alberta The Clinical Operations Manager oversees the daily clinical activities of the healthcare practice, ensuring high-quality patient care while optimizing operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care. Previous experience in clinical management or operations within a healthcare setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
