Key Responsibilities: Manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care. Monitor patient care metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Previous experience in clinical management or operations within a healthcare setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
