Clinical Services Director

Provide strategic leadership and oversight to integrate behavioral health services into existing Salvation Army programs (including Homeless Services, Vocational Services, and Family Services). Oversee credentialing, policy development, quality assurance, and EHR implementation to ensure clinical compliance and billing readiness. Design and implement workflows that support Medicaid, Medicare, and MCO billing compliance. Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures, clinical documentation templates, and standard operating procedures to ensure service fidelity and billing accuracy. Build and lead a team of licensed and unlicensed staff in providing assessments, therapy, case management, psychosocial rehab, skills training, and other support services.
