The Clinical Training Coordinator is responsible for The Clinical Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical training and developmental programs across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Training & Compliance, this role ensures that training activities are delivered effectively, documented accurately, and aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.

This position partners cross-functionally with clinical operations, bioinformatics and clinical compliance to drive a culture of continuous learning and compliance excellence.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Clinical Training & Compliance and is part of the Clinical Center of Excellence and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of experience in clinical training coordination, quality systems, or learning & development in a regulated environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with Clinical Compliance
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Quality Management Systems (QMS)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP, ICH-GCP, or similar frameworks)
  • Experience supporting training programs in clinical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare settings

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is 7 $74,000 to $101,750. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
