What you'll do
- Maintain and monitor production infrastructure for our SaaS platform, ensuring high availability and performance
- Manage and troubleshoot both Windows and Linux virtual machines in production environments
- Administer and optimize virtualization infrastructure on VMware and OpenStack
- Manage and troubleshoot client VPN access and IPSEC point-to-point tunnels, working with firewalls and network infrastructure

About the role
We're looking for a Mid/Senior Cloud Engineer to join our Infrastructure team of 6 and help operate and maintain the production environment behind our SaaS platform. You'll work across a hybrid environment of Windows and Linux virtual machines, supporting applications built on .NET and Java, running on top of VMware and OpenStack, with some services also running in Azure.
Our environment relies heavily on client VPNs and IPSEC point-to-point tunnels for remote and site connectivity, so extensive networking and firewall skills are essential.
We manage our infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code, so solid coding/scripting skills are necessary for this role. This is a hands-on operational role focused on keeping our platform reliable, secure, and performing well in production.
