What you'll do
- Design, deploy, maintain, and support AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Build and support hybrid infrastructure solutions across cloud and on premises environments.
- Support and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Monitor platform availability, performance, and reliability using Datadog and other observability tools.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, and operational issues across production environments.
- Perform platform maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Utilize Git based workflows for infrastructure management and collaboration.
- Manage operational activities through Jira and established change management processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
- Leverage automation, scripting, and AI assisted tools to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Support teams to maintain secure and highly available services.

- Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of networking, compute, storage, security, and cloud operations.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.

- Experience with Git based source control workflows.
- Experience working with Jira or similar work management platforms.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting tools concepts.

About the role
The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve cloud infrastructure and operational services across AWS and hybrid environments. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available platforms while driving automation, monitoring, and operational excellence across the organization.
