CNC Setter Operator – Milling & Turning (Rotational Shifts)
Shift Pattern: Rotational early/late weekday shifts (shift premium applies)

Our client, a well-established precision engineering company serving global Aerospace and MedTech OEMs, is seeking experienced CNC Setter Operators (Milling and Turning) to join their high-performance manufacturing team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Set up and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines to manufacture high-precision components.
Select and configure cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and offsets per job specifications and drawings.
Conduct in-process quality inspections and measurements to ensure tolerances and finish requirements are met.
Achieve competitive cycle times and contribute to production output targets.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to machine operations and part conformity.
Reorder tooling and materials as needed to support continuous production.
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to support process improvements and ensure best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Proven experience setting and operating CNC milling or turning machines (multi-axis preferred).
Experience machining aluminium, stainless steel, and brass, with ability to hold tight tolerances.
Previous exposure to precision manufacturing for the aerospace and/or medical device sectors is desirable.
Familiarity with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controllers is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, job packages, and inspection standards.
Basic understanding of preventive maintenance routines and tooling care.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a mechanical mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Willingness to work rotational shifts and support occasional overtime.
