Collections Back Office Specialist

About the Job

The Collections Back  Office Specialist role is to support collections processes by providing data outside system limitation, updating collection tools and assitance on several different activities that requires processing of documents and other client/employee requirements.

What you'll do:

• Meet and work directly with collections team ( Collections Analyst, EC , LC and TQAC team)
• Coordinate with the necessary departments for collection related issues.
• Provide support to Collections data/tool maintenance and update.
• Assist collections on preparation of client and employee legal documents.
• Non Voice communication sending.
• Assign contract to be visited by Late collections team and validate the result of their call/visit
• Process client's request or sytem limitation  manually such as exclusion to collections activities, penalty waiving and setllement checking.
• Assist collections employee on concern such as processing of resignation, attendance, emploee details and bonus disputes.
• Assist collection team, IT and procurement on STR request via SAP

What you need to have:

• 1-2 years experienced employee
• Ability to collect, organize and analyze data
• Previous work experience in a financial company
• Technical expertise regarding data mining and reporting tool (SQL,Powe BI, Tableau etc)
• Fluent English (both spoken and written)Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Working Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
• Willing to work on shifting schedule including weekends
• Willing to be assigned in Cubao Quezon City
• Able to adapt to a multicultural environment of a quickly developing international company.
• Desire to learn and improve
