The project:

This opportunity is for residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead contract administration activities, including procurement, contract documentation, warranties, bonds and commercial governance.
• Deliver robust cost management, valuations, change control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and manage claims, variations and contractual risks to protect project and client interests.
• Oversee project close-out activities, including certification, defect resolution and final account agreement.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and transformational change across commercial processes and systems.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering stakeholder collaboration and supporting net zero carbon objectives.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-20 years experience. 
• Hands-on Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience.
• Experience in large-scale data center, commercial and residential construction projects.
• Strong site coordination and execution capabilities.
• Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate client, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project schedules and site deliverables.
