OVERVIEW

The Commercial Lender is responsible for managing and growing a diverse portfolio of commercial loans.  Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercial loan business, revenue and deposit growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Knowledge Of:

  • Commercial lending industry, processes, policies, and portfolio management.
  • Commercial and consumer lending regulations and compliance and other regulatory required reporting and practices.
  • Credit Union’s financial software system applicable to member services, sales/referrals, commercial lending and business banking.
  • Regulatory and Compliance practices applicable to commercial lending.

 

Ability To:

  • Operate a PC using the Microsoft Office 365 suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Operate the Credit Union’s financial and commercial lending to software to access member accounts and manage new and existing loan deals.

  • Engage in industry forums or business networks to increase brand awareness and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Business Lending & Business Development or Credit Analyst role.

USD $88,740.00 - USD $133,110.00 /Yr.
