About The Role

 

Are you curious, detail-driven, and ready to make your mark in the world of commercial insurance? We’re looking for a Commercial Account Associate to support our dynamic Surety Solutions Practice in downtown Toronto. This is a unique opportunity to build expertise in a specialized and in-demand area of insurance surety bonds while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What You’ll Do

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, i.e., base salary plus commission. As such, the total compensation earned will vary depending on the successful candidate’s book of business at a particular time. The expected base salary for this position is $53,000 to $63,000, plus commissions will be paid based on successful sales performance. The total compensation will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
