Are you an experienced Commercial Manager who enjoys looking beyond the day-to-day and asking “how can we do this better?”
We’re working with an established and growing business to appoint a Commercial Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial performance of the organisation.
This is a broad and influential role, sitting closely alongside the senior leadership team, with responsibility for pricing, margins, forecasting, stock and order management, supplier relationships, imports and commercial decision-making.
Import experience is particularly important. You’ll understand the impact of landed costs, freight, duties, currency and lead times and how these factors feed into pricing, margins, stock levels and ultimately profitability.
This is a close-knit team where your input will genuinely be valued. You’ll be expected to bring your own ideas, challenge existing processes and look for opportunities to improve how the business operates.

About you

You’ll be someone who:
