What you'll do
- Lead the commercial management of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, valuations and commercial reporting.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, appointments and commercial performance.
- Manage variations, applications for payment and final accounts.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and site teams.
- Support contract negotiations and ensure commercial procedures are followed.
- Monitor project margins and overall financial performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Provide commercial guidance and support to the wider team.

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established construction business with the recruitment of a Commercial Manager.
Permanent, full-time position based in Perth.
Salary
£60,000 – £65,000, depending on experience + additional benefits
