Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic and professional team. Your New Role
As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the proactive management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring assets are managed efficiently and in line with client objectives.
You will act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and professional advisers, building strong working relationships while delivering a high standard of property management service.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this position, you should have previous experience in commercial property management or a related property discipline and possess a strong understanding of landlord and tenant matters.

We are particularly interested in individuals who are confident in managing commercial property portfolios and can independently oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant negotiations.

You will also demonstrate:
  • A sound understanding of commercial leases and property management principles.
