An opportunity has arisen to build your future with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm in Lancaster and Sacco Mann are delighted to be instructed!
Our client is looking to welcome an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to their team in Lancaster. You will be working alongside a Legal 500 rated, impressive team of Commercial Property Lawyers, and the successful candidate will ideally be between 0-3 years PQE.
This law firm is a well-established outfit with a strong reputation for providing high-quality, practical legal advice and building long-standing relationships with their clients. Well placed in Lancaster City Centre, this role is close to the train station or City Centre car parks for an easy commute.
The role
You will have the opportunity to work on a varied commercial property caseload, advising a broad range of clients on matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property development and investment
- Property finance
- Portfolio management
- General commercial property transactions
You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues across the firm.
About you
Sacco Mann are looking for a qualified solicitor with solid commercial property experience who is confident dealing directly with clients and managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
You will ideally be:
- A qualified solicitor with relevant commercial property experience, either at NQ level or with some experience post-qualification up to 3 years
- Commercially minded and technically strong
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to manage your own caseload
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Keen to develop your career and play an active role in the continued growth of the firm
