About the role
We are seeking a Commercial Property Valuer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will suit a Valuer looking to grow their experience in the commercial sector across a broad range of property and client types.

Responsibilities
As a Commercial Property Valuer, you will:
Conduct commercial property valuations using best practice methodologies and preparing professional valuation reports
Develop professional relationships with existing and key clients including major banks, Government Business Enterprises and Departments, private investors and developers
Analyse market data and property trends to ensure accurate valuation reports
Maintain compliance with Australian Property Institute (API) standards, legislative requirements and industry best practice
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will
Be a Certified Practicing Valuer with API and / or RICS membership
Have a proven track record to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
Have a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines
Have high level communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to prepare high quality professional reports
Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
Portray exceptional customer service qualities
