This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing commercial real estate platform by helping drive leasing activity across multiple property types. As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Broker, you will play a central role in supporting occupancy, building client relationships, and helping move transactions forward from initial outreach through execution.

Responsibilities

• Represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions across multiple property types.
• Source new business opportunities.
• Manage active listings.
• Market available space.
• Negotiate lease terms.
• Execute transactions through lease signing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, tenants, and brokers.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of leasing opportunities.
• Oversee transaction management from start to finish with strong organizational discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Commercial real estate leasing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and active transactions simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of commercial lease structures and documentation.
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic financial analysis.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Local to the Garden City, NY area preferred.
