What you'll do
- Work closely with experienced professionals during an 18-month program that entails rotations in some of our businesses, such as Engineering Plastics, Performance Materials, Tailored Urethanes, Specialty Films, Elastomers, Thermoplastic Polyurethanes or Coatings & Adhesives
- Complete rotations in Controlling, Supply Chain and Procurement
- Gain an understanding of, and complete project work in functional areas of Sales, Field Market Development, Industrial Management, and Product Management

The Commercial Rotational Development Program is designed for new college graduates to work closely with experienced professionals during an 18-month program that entails rotations in some of our businesses, such as: Engineering Plastics, Performance Materials, Tailored Urethanes, Specialty Films, Elastomers, Thermoplastic Polyurethanes or Coatings & Adhesives; plus, rotations in Controlling, Supply Chain and Procurement. In this role you will also gain an understanding of, and complete project work in functional areas of Sales, Field Market Development, Industrial Management, and Product Management.
