The Covestro Commercial Rotational Development Program puts you on track for an exciting career at one of the world’s largest & most innovative producers of polymers & high-performance plastics.

The Commercial Rotational Development Program is designed for new college graduates to work closely with experienced professionals during an 18-month program that entails rotations in some of our businesses, such as: Engineering Plastics, Performance Materials, Tailored Urethanes, Specialty Films, Elastomers, Thermoplastic Polyurethanes or Coatings & Adhesives; plus, rotations in Controlling, Supply Chain and Procurement. In this role you will also gain an understanding of, and complete project work in functional areas of Sales, Field Market Development, Industrial Management, and Product Management.
